Your Wedding Weekend includes all seven guest rooms, comfortably accommodating 14 overnight guests at standard double occupancy.
Available additional sleeping arrangements may allow accommodations for groups of up to 19 overnight guests, depending on final room configuration.
Can our overnight guests contribute toward their accommodations?
Absolutely.
The Signature Wedding Weekend is reserved and contracted as one complete Inn experience rather than as individual room reservations.
However, you’re welcome to collect lodging contributions from your overnight guests if you’d like them to contribute toward their accommodations.
What’s included Friday night?
Your Wedding Weekend includes one four-hour Welcome Party or Rehearsal Dinner.
For couples who want both, our Rehearsal Dinner + Welcome Party upgrade begins with a smaller dinner before additional guests arrive for the Welcome Party—all within one four-hour celebration.
Can people attend our Friday or Sunday events without staying at the Inn?
Yes, subject to the event guest limits and food-and-beverage arrangements outlined in your proposal.
Your overnight guest count and event guest count do not have to be identical.
Can we get ready at Magnolia on our wedding day?
Yes.
Saturday is intentionally designed for Magnolia to serve as your wedding-day home base, with breakfast and access to designated preparation and photography spaces before you depart for your wedding.
Can we invite people back to Magnolia after the wedding?
Your registered overnight guests may return to the Inn following the wedding.
Additional visitors and gatherings outside your contracted Friday and Sunday events must be arranged with Magnolia in advance.
