In addition to reserving all seven guest rooms, your group receives expanded private use of the Inn, designated kitchen and refrigerator access, included approved rollaways, greater visitor and gathering flexibility, expanded photography and décor privileges, and a later checkout.
No unrelated tours, public consultations, or outside events are scheduled during your Private Estate Buyout.
The Magnolia Inn remains professionally operated and staffed, and authorized team members and service providers may access the property as necessary to provide hospitality, breakfast, housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and other services.
Yes.
A Private Estate Buyout allows up to 24 people total on the property at one time for informal use, including registered overnight guests and approved daytime visitors.
Gatherings of 25 or more people require a separate Event Agreement.
Yes. Private Estate guests may stock designated guest kitchen and refrigerator areas with groceries, snacks, food, and personal beverages for their stay.
Professional catering, bartending, staffed food service, formal buffets, and other event-style food or beverage service require advance approval and may require a separate Event Agreement.
Not for normal Estate use.
One of the advantages of a Private Estate Buyout is greater flexibility to settle into the Inn’s living spaces throughout your stay. We simply ask that guests care for the historic property and follow applicable Estate and property guidelines.
A Private Estate Buyout provides expanded gathering privileges, but it does not automatically include an organized event.
Ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, showers, staffed catering, bartending, hired entertainment, substantial event décor, and similar event-style activities require advance approval and may require a separate Event Agreement regardless of attendance.
