Can we have friends or family visit us?
Absolutely.
With a Full-Inn Stay, up to 19 people total may be on the property at one time, including overnight guests and daytime visitors.
With a Private Estate Buyout, up to 24 people total may be on the property at one time, including overnight guests and daytime visitors.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes.
Full-Inn guests are welcome to bring back takeout, snacks, and other casual food to enjoy together. Each guest room has its own refrigerator; guest kitchen and refrigerator access is not included.
Private Estate guests have access to designated guest kitchen and refrigerator areas and may stock groceries, snacks, food, and personal beverages for their stay.
Can we host an event?
Entire Inn lodging and event hosting are separate.
If you’re planning a ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, shower, catered party, or another organized event, tell us when you inquire. We’ll help you pair your lodging with the appropriate event arrangements.
Private Estate gatherings of 25 or more people require a separate Event Agreement.
An Exclusive Full-Inn Stay reserves all seven guest rooms exclusively for your group while The Magnolia Inn continues normal daytime operations.
A Private Estate Buyout gives your group exclusive use of the Inn throughout your stay, with greater privacy, flexibility, and freedom to gather, welcome daytime visitors, enjoy the Inn after hours, and make the weekend your own.
An Exclusive Full-Inn Stay accommodates up to 14 overnight guests. Rollaway beds are available for up to five additional guests at $100 per bed, per stay.
A Private Estate Buyout accommodates up to 19 overnight guests, including available rollaway accommodations at no additional charge.
Yes. Both experiences include private breakfast each morning.
Exclusive Full-Inn Stays include a private group breakfast, while Private Estate Buyouts include a private gourmet breakfast or brunch each morning.
With a Private Estate Buyout, you may welcome up to six casual daytime visitors at one time.
You may also enjoy planned gatherings of up to 19 attendees as part of your Estate Buyout. Planned gatherings of 20 or more attendees must be arranged as a hosted private event through The Magnolia Inn, and additional event fees, staffing, and requirements may apply. Certain plans involving significant setup, rentals, entertainment, or additional Inn staffing may also require advance arrangements.
For an Exclusive Full-Inn Stay, standard Inn guest policies apply.
Yes. Private Estate Buyout guests may arrange outside catering with advance notice.
For gatherings of 20 or more attendees, catering will be coordinated as part of your hosted private event arrangements with The Magnolia Inn.
Private Estate Buyouts offer greater flexibility to personalize the Inn with décor tailored to your celebration. Because The Magnolia Inn is a historic property, décor plans should be discussed with our team in advance.
For Exclusive Full-Inn Stays, standard Inn guest policies apply.
Private Estate Buyouts include professional photography access throughout approved areas of the Inn and grounds. During an Exclusive Full-Inn Stay, professional photography using the Inn’s shared spaces or grounds must be arranged in advance and may be subject to a photography/location fee.
If professional photography is part of a private event hosted by The Magnolia Inn, photography access during the contracted event is included.
Standard Inn policies apply during Exclusive Full-Inn Stays.
Private Estate Buyouts allow your group to enjoy the Inn after hours without traditional quiet-hour restrictions.
All guests remain responsible for respectful use of the property and compliance with applicable noise requirements.
