Private Meeting Room Rentals include one designated parlor rather than private use of the Inn’s full main floor. Other guest services or scheduled activities may take place elsewhere on the property during your reservation.
Available Meeting Spaces
Private meetings may be hosted in either the Grand Parlor or Magnolia Parlor, depending on availability, group size, Inn occupancy, and other scheduled activities.
Both rooms are offered with their existing furnishings and do not include a custom room layout. We’ll reserve the meeting space that best fits your group size, meeting style, and availability.
Grand Parlor
A comfortable and polished setting for conversation-based meetings, interviews, planning sessions, and small group discussions.
Best suited for meetings where the focus is discussion, connection, and a more relaxed seated environment.
Magnolia Parlor
A traditional table-based setting well suited for board meetings, presentations, workshops, and working sessions.
Best suited for groups that need a central table, note-taking space, or a more structured meeting format.

What Is Included
Your meeting room rental includes the essentials needed for a small, focused gathering.
Custom room setup, extensive furniture movement, decorating, audiovisual equipment, and event staffing are not included in standard meeting room rentals.

Most meetings are comfortably accommodated with up to 12 guests, depending on the room and meeting style.
For larger groups, catered meetings, multi-room gatherings, or extended corporate programs, please inquire about our corporate retreat and private event options.
