Yes, we offer complimentary parking for one vehicle per guest reservation in our private lot. The entrance to our parking lot is located on Second Street facing the front of the inn. Street parking is also available.
The Magnolia Inn is an exclusive boutique bed and breakfast that operates by advance reservation only. To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, we are unable to accommodate walk-in stays. Please book your stay in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
In order to preserve the historic nature of our property, we currently do not allow animals onsite. Service animals are always welcome.
Yes, The Magnolia Inn is wheelchair accessible to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests. Our Regency Room, Silver Belle Stateroom, and all ground level parlors located on the first floor are specially outfitted to accommodate guests with mobility challenges, offering ease of access and thoughtful features for added convenience. These rooms have walk-in showers with a two inch curb, but showers are not wheelchair accessible. If you have specific needs, please let us know so we can make any necessary arrangements.

We are pleased to offer high speed complimentary Wi-Fi. The WiFi password will be provided to guests upon arrival.
Our beautiful home is yours to explore! The property boasts lovely outdoor areas. From relaxing on the porch to exploring our extensive library, there’s lots of cozy areas to discover. Parlor areas may be temporarily off limits during private events.
We provide premium linens, plush robes, luxury brand soaps, shampoos and lotions. We are also happy to offer our guests complimentary dental hygiene products, razors, sewing kits and other toiletries upon request.

Dining and the Tea Room
Breakfast is made to order daily and we also offer a guest kitchen and dining area complete with fresh pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt, and other seasonal offerings. Coffee and tea are also fresh brewed. We also offer add-on packages including gourmet charcuterie trays, chocolates, and local regional gift baskets with local snacks.
Yes, we are able to accommodate allergies and restrictions. Please notify our chef of any allergies or sensitivities and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Breakfast is served daily. Breakfast menus are conveniently located in the binder in your room. We kindly request guests submit breakfast orders by midnight via the kitchen phone number provided. Additional continental breakfast items are available in the guest kitchen from 7:30 to 10 AM daily.
Breakfast is only for overnight guests. Additional breakfast diners may be accommodated per owner permission for an additional surcharge.

Booking and Reservations
At The Magnolia Inn, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate our guests while ensuring availability for others, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in and no-shows are non-refundable.

Yes! We have wonderful package pricing for guests spending their wedding weekends with us. We also offer discounts to guests booking the entire inn for 2 or more nights, and for guests staying more than 7 nights with us. Safety and Policies
Our inn is equipped with emergency kits and fire extinguishers on each floor, and fire escape information is posted on the back of each room door.
To maximize all guests’ comfort, we kindly ask our visitors to follow noise ordinances from 10pm to 7am.
Our inn is available to be booked exclusively for guests, availability permitting. We are pleased to offer accommodations for large parties, wedding guests, reunions and other group reservations. Our inn operates 24/7 and we offer seasonal adaptations for an enjoyable stay.
Yes, children are welcomed at The Magnolia Inn. For families needing extra sleeping arrangements, we offer rollout beds upon request. However, please note that we do not provide cribs or other small accommodations specifically for young children. We recommend that guests with infants or toddlers bring any necessary sleep arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for the whole family.
