The Magnolia Full-Inn Booking is our signature full-property offering. This two-night stay includes exclusive access to all guest rooms, shared living spaces, and outdoor areas at The Magnolia Inn.

With hosted communal breakfast and a relaxed Sunday checkout, this experience is designed to make gathering easy, comfortable, and unrushed—so your group can enjoy the weekend together at your own pace.

Exclusive Full-Inn bookings are reserved as a full-property stay. While the total rate is paid as a single booking, many groups find it helpful to understand how the cost typically breaks down by room.

For planning purposes, full-inn booking rate typically averages out to a per-room cost comparable to standard weekend room rates, with the added benefit of exclusive use of the property.

Groups often choose to allocate room costs based on room type, similar to traditional nightly pricing, with larger or premium rooms assigned slightly higher shares.

What is an Exclusive Full-Inn booking?

A Magnolia Full-Inn booking provides exclusive use of all guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces at The Magnolia Inn. This offering is ideal for private getaways, family gatherings, milestone celebrations, and retreats seeking comfort, flexibility, and privacy.


How much does a full-inn booking cost?

Full-inn bookings are reserved as a two-night, full-property stay. Rates vary by season and day of the week, with peak-season weekends priced higher than weekday and off-season dates.

Current starting rates are outlined above, and final pricing is confirmed at the time of inquiry.


How do groups typically split the cost?

Groups divide the total Full-Inn rate in the way that works best for them. Some choose to allocate costs by room type, while others prefer to split the total evenly among guests.

For planning purposes only, during a typical peak-season weekend, the total Full-Inn rate often works out to approximately $615 per king room and $560 per queen room for the full two-night stay, depending on room selection.

These figures are provided as a general reference. Full-Inn bookings are reserved as a single, full-property stay, and room assignments and cost-sharing are managed by the group.


How many people can stay overnight?

A full-inn booking includes overnight accommodations for up to 14 guests, with two guests per room.


Are rollaway beds available?

Yes. Up to three rollaway beds are available by request at no additional cost and do not affect the total package price.


Can rooms be booked individually?

No. Full-inn bookings require reserving the entire property and are not available for individual room bookings.


Can each household pay separately?

We are happy to process payments by room. Upon full payment, the deposit will be refunded to the original payee’s form of payment.


How does the deposit work?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the requested dates. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. Deposit and cancellation terms are outlined in the booking agreement.


What meals are included?

Hosted communal breakfast is included on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Optional brunch upgrades and enhancements are available.


Are outside guests allowed?

No. Full-inn bookings are limited to registered overnight guests only.

Are weddings or formal events allowed under this booking?

No. Weddings, ceremonies, receptions, and formal events are not included under the full-inn booking and require a separate event package.
